Business Process- Key to Implementing Online Retail

The traditional brick-and-mortar retail industry is struggling. Less money is being spent in retail stores and operating costs are increasing. The strengthening of the Australian dollar and the recent publicity around the lack of GST on imported products bought online have raised the number of customers shopping online, causing a further slump in classic retail sales.
