A provider of IT systems, project management and process outsourcing service in Saudi Arabia involved Leonardo in the development of its Enterprise Process Architecture and related process performance management systems. A process improvement methodology, tailored to the particular environment, was developed using the BPTrends Associates methodologies and education program. Six processes were then identified and improved. Based on this work, a Policy and Procedures Manual was developed.
