Administration Assistant - Part Time Position (BRiSBANE OFFICE)
We are seeking a part time administration assistant to work a minimum 20 hours per week, working 5 days per week.
The position is varied and your responsibilities would include:
- Management of customer records in CRM system
- Management and QA of weekly timesheets and expense claims
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- General administration duties as required
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Initiative and ability to prioritise
- Good time management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Great customer service attitude
- Experience in MYOB or Quickbooks would be an advantage
