We assisted with the creation of the modelling conventions and process-centric approaches to SAP implementation for a high voltage electricity transmission network provider. This involved importing the SAP reference model, process-oriented documentation of an existing SAP system and populating SAP Solution Manager. We also developed a business process architecture and process model governance arrangements. Ongoing coaching assistance was also provided.
For a government-owned energy utility, we worked with the architecture teams to define, embed and coach best practice techniques for capturing technical and application architecture artefacts in the ARIS modelling tool. We helped the various team adopt the modelling platform for architecture design, project management, and architecture change management.
One of Australia’s key distributors of natural gas was undergoing changes in its services and infrastructure including an upgrade to existing business systems. In turn, this required that the business process designs be updated and Leonardo was commissioned to train and coach the organisation’s process modellers and assist them to adopt and customise business process design standards, and develop process design reporting facilities.
