Situation

The Water Corporation is the principal supplier of water, wastewater and drainage services in Western Australia, employing over 3,000 people and managing over $15 billion (AUD) in assets.
The aim of the on-going project is to assist the Corporation regarding its Business Process Management-tooling related needs and support it at every stage of the BPM cycle.
The challenge is to cater to the Business Process Management (BPM) needs of very diverse stakeholders.
These needs range across configuring the Corporation’s BPM tool (ARIS), supporting its process modelling (through coaching and review), providing formal training and implementing best practices.
