  • VBA are undertaking a digital transformation project over 3 major phases.

  • Identified savings in Release 1 of the Business Systems Transformation (BST) program
  • Design high-level VBA's process architecture in Signavio modelling tool
  • Discover and model Licensing & Registration processes within VBA's process architecture
  • Perform process analysis with the view to improve. Analysis was performed from 4 perspectives:
    • Task,
    • Application System
    • Role
    • Data (inputs/outputs)
  • This work leveraged an existing enterprise wide CRM implementation
