Process Analyst
Leonardo Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst with strong skills in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement for at least six months project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather process related documentation by engaging with Subject Matter Experts
- Analyse process related content and convert to process models
- Conduct process discovery workshops when required
- Complete Process Architecture documentation under the guidance of the Process Architect
- Model processes using Visio and according to defined process standards
- Initiate and facilitate semantic reviews with Subject Matter Experts
- Make changes to process models based on syntactic reviews
- Manage process modeling project timelines and deliverables (where agreed)
- Gather business requirements and pain points
- Facilitate workshops to gather metrics information
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in business English writing
- At least 3-5 years experience as a Business or Process Analyst, on large and complex projects
- Demonstrable experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing business requirements
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
- Skills in the Appian area
The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of communication skills, be able to produce process documentation of a high standard and work independently. You should also display a high level of attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives.
