The resulting Business Architecture provided an overarching structure, prioritised work, and had easy access through the Service Dashboard entry portal. The team presented UEMG with solution options, including an upgrade to the platform, technology replacement, and as-a-service alternatives. - The work performed by Leonardo resulted in a Current State Integration Architecture and Platform Report for the senior executive team, a high-level capability assessment, and a Target State Integration Platform Blueprint. These deliverables improved visibility on the existing platform, cost savings on the commercial licensing arrangement, and operational improvements to UEMG's key platform infrastructure.
