1.     Whose privacy statement is this ?

This is the privacy statement of Incotrade Australia Pty Ltd ACN 066 273 256 trading as Leonardo Consulting.

2.     What kind of information do we hold ?

We may collect personal information such as:

a)     personal details e.g. name, age, address, phone number, other contact information;

b)     billing, credit, payment and accounting information e.g. account usage records, billing information, payment method, credit card or bank account numbers, billing and payment history;

c)      historical information e.g. how you came to be our customer;

d)     technical  information  e.g.  user  name,  password,  IP  address, cookies*, calling  number,  internet  service provider;

e)     support information e.g. history of transactions;

f)      marketing-related information, such as what products and promotions we have marketed to you, whether you have received, read or responded to promotional emails, whether you have visited links in promotional emails and whether you have participated in our promotions;

g)     if we receive a request not to send commercial electronic messages to a certain email address, we may retain details of the address and the request indefinitely in order to comply with the request;

h)     complaint information e.g. history of issues and complaints.

i)      a cookie (a very small log file) is placed on your computer if you have enabled your browser to accept cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard disk, which allows us to recognise your computer. This information assists us in tracking site visitation statistics in aggregate form. 3.    How do we collect and hold personal information ? Normally, we collect personal information:

  • directly from you;
    • IP address lookup information which is collected without any activity on your part other than visiting our website (see below)

    • Contact information, such as email addresses, when you contact us about our products and services, download a whitepaper, sign up to our newsletter or request information from us at an event / trade show conference. Once we have collected this information, and you have confirmed that you are willing to receive marketing communications from us, we will add your contact details to our marketing database at which point we will use this information.  You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time.
    • We will not sell or trade your information with third party provider
  • from marketing agency who carry out promotions for us;
  • if you became our customer as a result of a business acquisition, from the vendor.

IP address lookup

Leonardo uses third parties to provide information about visitors to our websites. When you visit our website we will record your IP address. This address will be matched against public and proprietary IP address databases to provide us with some information about your visit. This information may identify the organisation to whom the IP address is registered but not individuals.

Website cookies and link tracking

Cookies allow us to provide important site functionality so you do not have to re-enter lots of information. They also allow us to audit what links and pages have been clicked or viewed during a session. If you have provided us with personal data, by completing a contact form for example, we may associate this personal data with other information. Email Marketing Post-Click Tracking Cookies: These cookies are used to report on the pages of www.leonado.com.au that have been viewed by visitors to the website who have followed links from our email marketing campaigns. This analysis helps us to understand additional content that is viewed by the contacts in our database and therefore allow us to improve and tailor future campaigns to those contact’s specific areas of interest.
