  From Strategy to Execution in Australian Mining

We have completed many assignments for a large global miner and its many business units. Our projects have included BPM training, establishing the ARIS process modelling and management environment, strategic alignment, BPM governance, developing process architectures, and using ARIS to support standardised SAP implementation. We rationalised various process modelling approaches, notations and methodologies. The TOGAF methodology was tailored to meet specific requirements. 

  Aligning Australian Mining Processes

For one of Australia’s leading fully integrated mine-to-market businesses, we worked on separate, but related assignments. In the first, we assisted with the design and implementation of a strategy and planning capability. Secondly we worked with the organisation to enhance the use of business process techniques including development  of a process architecture and modelling standards, and educating staff on process and architecture based reporting for their core project delivery process.

  Process-Driven ERP in International Mining

For a leading international gold producer we supported a process model driven ERP development across the organisation. We modelled SAP related business process based on enterprise modelling standards and facilitated process investigation workshops with ERP functional consultants. In undertaking this work, we also embedded a process modelling approach to Application Lifecycle Management.

  Digging Deep for Process Performance

We have worked on several projects for a leading coal mining company in Australia. The projects included the development of an end-to-end business process view, BPM strategic alignment, a project for an SAP rollout including the alignment of the high-level process model with the SAP application architecture, alignment of standards and conventions, and review of BPM government. .
