fortune teller but some things are very clear for all
organisations. The disruptive effects of the economic downturn and
the current position of the technology cycle have created a set of
conditions that have enabled what we at Leonardo consider the
biggest opportunity for change in over a decade. This should mean
that for those people in the process business it will be a very
busy year for process thinking and action.
