The year of Process Management

 

Who would have though at the start of this calendar year or even at the end of the last financial year that the economic conditions would change so profoundly and so quickly? I say who because obviously there were in hindsight many warnings, but who has heeded them? More importantly what will the next year bring? Im by no means a fortune teller but some things are very clear for all organisations. The disruptive effects of the economic downturn and the current position of the technology cycle have created a set of conditions that have enabled what we at Leonardo consider the biggest opportunity for change in over a decade. This should mean that for those people in the process business it will be a very busy year for process thinking and action.

Three Ways to Participate in BPM Training

 

There are three ways to participate in any of our BPM Training courses:

1. Register online to attend a public courses. We have courses scheduled in Sydney twice a year in May/June and November/December.

2. Run an inhouse course at your place. Contact us for details.

3. 'Six Pack' option: commit any group of six and we'll declare it a public course, promote it and run it (even if we just have the original six participants) at a mutually agreed time and place. Contact us to discuss your options.
