We take business processes into the new world of process model execution, working with customers to implement BPM Systems and making processes ready to be executed.
Today’s technology allows us to (almost) directly execute business process models. This is a significant change at the business/IT interface offering the potential for more agile delivery of process improvements and enhanced process performance analysis. Direct execution of process models is one of the most significant developments in contemporary IT capability. Effective BPM is a prerequisite for the optimal application of this technology. Effective BPM and well designed BPM Systems are also accelerators for Service Oriented Architecture.
